This is an early partner-interest page. It does not claim that a formal consortium, field network, academic board, or implementation partnership already exists. The first step is controlled conversation, due diligence, and alignment around standards.
Partner visibility, organization verification, announcements, and service requests should be introduced gradually after profile review, opt-out controls, privacy rules, and admin workflows are stable.

The longer-term direction may include rapid assessments, quality assessments, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning, organizational capacity development, donor readiness, and implementation support through vetted local partners.
