Are these papers peer-reviewed and published?
They are working papers — pre-print manuscripts under peer review at the journals listed in the Knowledge Hub. All four are publicly available on SSRN, with status shown transparently and updated as review advances.
Can I submit my own research to be published here?
Yes. We host research, essays, and field analyses from others after a light quality review, credited to you. Use the dedicated Publish with us route so the editorial intake questions, rights notes, and document checks are handled properly.
How long does a submission review take?
We aim to acknowledge submissions within a few working days and complete the initial quality review within two to three weeks, depending on volume. You’ll hear from us either way.
Is a donation tax-deductible?
No. Contributions support Mohammed Al-Hajjaj as an independent researcher. This is not a registered charity or NGO, and contributions are not tax-deductible.
What exactly do donations fund?
The writing, the journal submission fees, and the build-out of the Confluence Series and this platform — keeping the work independent and openly available.
What services can I request?

Can I use your templates in my organisation?
Yes, freely adapt them. If you need a version tailored to your context, request one through the form and we’ll prepare it.
What are the frameworks (Δes, Λd, Ωip, FAI, DDR)?
They are original analytic instruments developed across the manifesto — tools to measure aid’s effect on local power, donor dependency, network paralysis, financial autonomy, and how much authority sits with local actors. Each is explained in the Knowledge Hub.

Will the site be available in other languages?
Publications are planned in six languages — English, Arabic, Farsi, Dutch, French, and Kurdish — each rooted in its own intellectual tradition. The site is in English today, with more languages on the way.
