The course uses the European Commission's public guidance on eligibility and admissibility, the award and evaluation procedure, and OECD guidance on thoughtful use of evaluation criteria and effective results frameworks. These are training aids, not a guarantee of eligibility, compliance, donor approval, funding, or certification.
Certificate boundary
AI can support a proposal team, but it cannot become the evidence.
Managed enrollment can begin with a human review. Automated paid certificate release remains inactive until payment, private learner access, assignment review, certificate generation, public verification, learner support, and admin controls are tested end to end. The final assessment remains unpublished during that control period.
