Proposal Improvement Package
This public assignment brief shows the shape of the Level 2 practical task. It is a preview only. Paid enrollment, scoring, admin review, and certificate issue remain separate and must be handled through the private learner workflow.
Scenario: A local NGO is preparing a donor proposal for a 12-month community resilience project. The team wants to use AI to analyze the call, improve the narrative, check the logframe, and prepare a budget narrative, but leadership wants a method that protects evidence quality and avoids exaggerated claims.
Learner Task
- Create a donor-call analysis brief with eligibility, deadlines, priorities, compliance rules, budget rules, and scoring hints.
- Write an evidence boundary note that separates verified facts, assumptions, missing evidence, and data that must not be invented.
- Improve a short problem statement without adding unsupported statistics or claims.
- Review a theory of change or logframe for logic gaps, weak indicators, unrealistic targets, and missing assumptions.
- Review a budget narrative for alignment with activities, staffing, procurement, value for money, and donor language.
- Create a final proposal quality gate covering compliance, evidence, safeguarding, data protection, localization, and AI-use review.
Submission Package

| Budget narrative review | Alignment between activities, budget lines, staffing, procurement, timing, and value-for-money language. |
| Quality gate | Final checks for compliance, evidence, safeguarding, data protection, localization, plagiarism, and human approval. |
Assessment boundary: the public brief does not include the full scoring rubric, answer key, or certificate decision rules. Those belong in the admin pilot pack so the assessment remains credible.
