Module 1

Safeguarding and PSEA basics

Define safeguarding, protection from sexual exploitation and abuse, staff conduct expectations, power imbalance, and why prevention must be built into daily work.

Module 2

Code of conduct and prohibited behavior

Translate core conduct rules into practical examples for staff, volunteers, consultants, trainers, drivers, enumerators, and partner representatives.

Module 3

Safe reporting pathways

Design simple, confidential, and accessible reporting routes that explain what to report, who receives it, what happens next, and how retaliation is prevented.

Module 4

Survivor-centered response basics

Cover respect, safety, confidentiality, non-discrimination, informed choice, and referral boundaries without turning learners into investigators.

Module 5

Partner, field, and community responsibilities

Map safeguarding responsibilities across local partners, field teams, volunteers, community-facing work, research, training, assessments, and consortium activity.

Module 6

Implementation and readiness checklist

Create a practical action plan for policies, onboarding, posters, reporting cards, partner clauses, training records, case-handling boundaries, and periodic review.
