The Change Architect / TCAA - Responsible AI for NGOs public assignment preview

Responsible AI Readiness Pack

This public assignment brief shows the shape of the Level 2 practical task. It is a preview only. Paid enrollment, scoring, admin review, and certificate issue remain separate and must be handled through the private learner workflow.

Scenario: A local humanitarian organization wants to let staff use AI for reports, proposal drafts, meeting notes, social media text, and learning briefs. Leadership wants practical rules before wider use.

Learner Task

  1. Create a simple AI use-case map for five common workflows.
  2. Classify each workflow as low, medium, or high risk.
  3. Write a do-not-enter data list for public AI tools.
  4. Create a basic risk register covering privacy, accuracy, bias, security, accountability, and overdependence.
  5. Draft a human review workflow for donor-facing, public-facing, and internal outputs.
  6. Write a one-page acceptable-use outline for staff and volunteers.
