Responsible AI Readiness Pack
This public assignment brief shows the shape of the Level 2 practical task. It is a preview only. Paid enrollment, scoring, admin review, and certificate issue remain separate and must be handled through the private learner workflow.
Scenario: A local humanitarian organization wants to let staff use AI for reports, proposal drafts, meeting notes, social media text, and learning briefs. Leadership wants practical rules before wider use.
Learner Task
- Create a simple AI use-case map for five common workflows.
- Classify each workflow as low, medium, or high risk.
- Write a do-not-enter data list for public AI tools.
- Create a basic risk register covering privacy, accuracy, bias, security, accountability, and overdependence.
- Draft a human review workflow for donor-facing, public-facing, and internal outputs.
- Write a one-page acceptable-use outline for staff and volunteers.
Submission Package
| Item | Expected content |

| Data boundary note | Clear examples of personal, sensitive, partner, donor, security, and internal records that must not enter public AI tools. |
| Risk register | At least six risks with controls, owner, timing, and escalation note. |

| Acceptable-use outline | Approved, restricted, and prohibited uses, plus incident escalation. |
Assessment Boundary
The public brief does not include the full scoring rubric, answer key, or certificate decision rules. Those belong in the admin pilot pack so the assessment remains useful and credible.
