Partner Readiness and Profile Assurance Pack

Build one maintainable pack for a fictional organization or a safely sanitized real context. Every important public claim must show its evidence state, owner, review date, limitation, and update route.

Required components

  1. Controlled public profile and naming history.
  2. Identifier and evidence register.
  3. Public, restricted, internal, not-collected, and pending field map.
  4. Trust-signal review across core capacity domains.
  5. Relationship-specific due-diligence plan.
  6. Partner-risk and conditions register.
  7. Secure profile claim, decision, appeal, expiry, and update workflow.
  8. Responsible announcement checklist.
  9. Duplicate-safe outreach ledger design.
  10. Ninety-day readiness improvement plan.

Tabletop scenarios

Apply the pack to four scenarios: a claimant using a personal email; different registration and website names; a partnership announcement before approval; and missing safeguarding evidence for community-facing work.
