The Change Architect / TCAA - AI for MEAL, Reporting, and Learning public assignment preview

MEAL AI Workflow Pack

This public assignment brief shows the shape of the Level 2 practical task. It is a preview only. Paid enrollment, scoring, admin review, and certificate issue remain separate and must be handled through the private learner workflow.

Scenario: A local organization is preparing a quarterly donor report and internal learning brief. The team has monitoring notes, anonymized activity summaries, feedback themes, and a short after-action review. Leadership wants to use AI for structure and synthesis, but not at the expense of confidentiality, evidence quality, or accountability.

Learner Task

  1. Create a MEAL AI workflow map showing where AI can help and where it must not be used.
  2. Write a data-boundary note for sensitive field, feedback, staff, safeguarding, protection, and partner information.
  3. Prepare a qualitative synthesis safety check for anonymized feedback or interview themes.
  4. Draft a learning brief structure that separates evidence, findings, limitations, and action implications.
  5. Create an evidence traceability note showing how claims will be checked before donor or public use.
  6. Design a final quality gate for reporting, learning, privacy, and human approval.
